Makroblend® polycarbonate/polyester blend resin

Makroblend

Makroblend®  amorphous resins are blends of polycarbonate and polyester (PC/PET blend) that combine the outstanding characteristics of both polymers to create a family of ultra-tough materials that can meet demanding physical, chemical, and environmental requirements. Makroblend PC/PETresins are available in grades that are general-purpose, glass fiber-reinforced, flame-retardant, and those that comply with FDA food-contact regulations. While most Makroblend PC/PET resins are opaque, there is a specialty transparent grade. Typical applications are found in the lawn and garden, sporting goods, commercial food service, electrical/electronic, industrial/mechanical, and automotive industries. Manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001/QS 9000 certified.
